MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Amy!

I graduated as a physiotherapist from AUT in Auckland in 2005 and have worked as a physiotherapist in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Returning home from the UK in 2010, I established Physio Direct, a company that delivers physiotherapy services to under serviced rural communities. I have a passion for travel and adventure which is now fuelled by helping others achieve their dreams.

In 2019, founded LigamentNZ, addressing the challenges faced by clinics in finding staff, and physios in securing opportunities in New Zealand.

In 2024, I developed an extension to LigamentNZ - Ligament Learning. A platform dedicated to the continuous development of physiotherapists eager to work in New Zealand. I aim to empower aspiring physios with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in New Zealand and beyond.
